61 missionaries lead the big parade, with 110(+) members right behind!

Ok Idk how to organize these emails so we're gonna go for a day to day thing gain:

Monday: Not much, we deep cleaned Jeshaus the car.

Tuesday: best sushi I have EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE. Tsunami has got nothing on Tahiti wow. Soooooooo good ugh love you Tahiti thank for being yo fabulous self.

Wednesday: Woke up at 5 am people. Nuff said. Haha we went to the hospital with another companionship who had to take some tests at 6 in the morning. But they're doing ok so that's good! Then we had a super busy successful day and lots of energy so Heavenly father blesses us!

Thursday: Missionary leadership council was sooo awesome! We just discuss how to be better, do better, and help others do the same. Right after we had a lesson with Sandy, 45ish years old he's been taking the lessons for a couple months and has never read the Book of Mormon on his own until this week!!!!!!!! Every lesson we talked and testified about it and read with him and I was SO filled with joy when he finally read! You could seriously already see the difference in how he acted and received the messages given to him. We spent a little while explaining and discussing a few verses he read and by the end he had a real desire to get baptized for the fist time. Soeur Dias then said "if you learned all that from 2 verses, imagine what you could learn if you read the whole Book of Mormon!" And I loved that! So true.

Friday: We had a family night with our ward mission leader who's the only member in his family and whose wife doesn't really like the church. For the first time she was open and talked with us and talked about why she loves her husband and religion and such. She wouldn't accept a book of Mormon but she accepted to teach us how to sew ties so it's a step! Heavenly Father's working with her, no worries :)

Saturday: We had an AMAZING lesson with our new ami Vincent. He started coming to church on his own and reading the Book of Mormon and obeying the word of wisdom and told us he wants to get baptized so we fixed a date and he just kept testifying of the truthfulness of the church and the power of the BofM. WOW. Such a humbling experience, really reminded me that this is NOT our work, it's the Lord's. It's a blessing that we get to be a part of it. We seriously did hardly anything, it was all The Lord and Vincent. YAY!!!

So then we legit walked in a parade. We drove all the way to the other side of the city, to park the car, walked almost all the way back to our house to where the parade starts, waited for 2 hours, walked down one block for maybe 7 minutes, then ate sandwiches and walked all the way back to our car to drive home haha. It was super fun!!! Today was their autonomy day (the day France gave them more independence) so they had a parade with the president of the country and Miss Tahiti and Miss France and other awesome people there. Then that night they lit fireworks and we watched that #yayfor2storyhouses kinda an early 4th of July!

Sunday: We had so many amis at church it was so awesome! Every single one was welcomed and with a member the whole time. The members just see an ami and immediately take care of them so they're not alone. AMAZING WARD HERE! Then we had a fireside and our district sang in it. Actually sounded pretty good! 

Well there we have it, hope Music Man is know stuck in our head, de nada :)
