So if y'all want to know there are NO cases of the coronavirus in Bora and 3 in the country... so 12 O'CLOCK AND AALL IS WEEELL . But most of the hotels are going to close within a month so the scariest thing is the economy here. Monday we did an island tour and took too many pics and got gelato ( I got coconut and guava and corosol (soursop) flavors mmmmmmmm...) We were at the church when we found out sacrament meetings are cancelled and within 10 minutes there was no one in the building so us 4 sisters took a smiley pic for the last time in the church. God is preparing His church and it's incredible to see. Sunday we went to our neighbor's house for sacrament meeting and wow. They don't have a lot but they gave all they have. We got there at 9 am and they were all waiting for us in their Sunday best with rows of chairs set up on their back porch and a table in the front with some bread and water on their nicest plates covered with a pure lit...

Iaorana tatou!  Still gorgeous here if you wanted to know... For p-day we went to a little outlook and took pics. Love these sistas here! Almost every morning at 6:03 sharp a member comes to our house to bring us cinnamon rolls and scones (firifiris) fresh made that morning! Mmmmm the real VIP... I talked about the idea that God doesn't need us to do His work. He has the power to accomplish His work on His own. But, that's not His will nor desire because He loves us enough to give us the chance to let us help Him! He lets us help him because He understands t...

OK catch me never leaving this island cuz WOW. WOWOWOWOWOW I love it here it's GORGEOUS!!!!! We took a little plane from Tahiti to Bora and flew over the other islands and watched the sunset as we landed on a little outer island airport to go take a boat across the clear bright teal water to the main island. Already I was in AWE.  We were greeted by 2 couple missionaries the Petersons and the Tematauas who had already gone shopping for us and brought us to our house with dinner waiting on the stove.   T he ward is fantastic!!! It's been 15+ years since sisters have been here and almost a year since missionaries have been here so everyone has been SO excited and so ready to help and work. They've been showing us all of their family and friends that aren't members and it's INCREDIBLE how much the Lord has been preparing these people. The most amazing thing is to see that the Lord knew when we were coming (obviously) and has set things up just a c...
