"then she cried..." "yay that's so good!"

Yeah that only happens when you're on a mission... like the scripture in Jacob 5 when Jacob thanks the Father because the people were so afraid they fell over or when Alma the elder rejoices because his son got "curb-stomped by an angel" we missionaries are also happy when people have trials not because we like sadness in other's lives but because that means God can work with them.
But yes, this conversation did happen. Me explaining a lesson to my comp: "then after we sang the hymn she got really sad and started crying..." my comp: "yay that's so good congrats!" then we both took a moment to realize what just happened... #wearenotmonsters

Anyway, we had tons of miracles this week! We had a lesson that took 3 and a half hours BUT at the end our amis FINALLY ACCEPTED TO GET BAPTIZED. Hallelujah!!!! God seriously worked miracles. We spent an hour that morning trying to plan that lesson and we had a list of things the Spirit told us to do or say or discuss, a lot of which we didn't really understand but during the lesson God started checking off boxes on our list and EVERYTHING He told us was exactly what they needed to hear and what the Spirit had been telling them already. God is good.

Also, I love soeur Kehl she's hilarious and wonderful and power! Gonna be a good transfer... only got 2 left holy puaatoro.

K love y'all!
